Our hospital is seeking high-calibre applicants to join our applicant pool for potential temporary backfill opportunities over the next 12 months.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled leader to coordinate and be accountable for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in the healthcare team, communication, and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision in women's and children's services, including maternity services, across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic plans to achieve service excellence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and care
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
