Nurse Manager Informatics Rostering

The ideal candidate will assume leadership of the Integrated Workforce Management Program, scrutinizing, supporting and driving improvement initiatives in rostering practices across all staffing groups within the organization. This role requires advanced professional and operational autonomous decision making, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement strategies that promote a positive work-based culture.

This position demands the ability to apply and evaluate contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and theory, utilizing advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills. The successful applicant will also possess strong clinical governance principles and be able to apply them in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
