Job Overview:
">- The Assistant Nursing Director role is responsible for providing strategic direction and priorities for quality improvement in relation to clinical and corporate governance contemporary directions.
- This includes integrating the Nursing and Midwifery Services which may include Professional Practice Model, quality frameworks, Magnet and Person-Centred Care approaches of caring for each patient's psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical care needs to achieve best clinical practice and individualized person-centred care and outcomes.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for safe, compassionate care and will provide leadership and management for the reporting units within an expansive and complex environment.
