Job Description

This role provides outsourced payroll and related services to clients, complementing our other offerings across employer compliance, salary packaging, expatriate services, migration, human resources consulting, and centralised coordination.

The primary objective is to manage a customised portfolio of clients and oversee the delivery of payroll-related services. This involves working with the Payroll Manager to provide outstanding service in an outsourced environment, preparing accurate payroll calculations, managing day-to-day client matters, and identifying opportunities for expanding service offerings.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years' extensive payroll experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including solid payroll system experience preferably with SaaS.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to collaborate with others. You should also be proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
