Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join a professional and fun team in Brookvale. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bookkeeping, payroll and administration support for up to 24 hours per week.
The role offers a range of responsibilities including:
- Managing all bookkeeping on MYOB to P&L;
- Working with varying awards and allowances;
- Processing payroll tax and superannuation;
- Liaising with staff on payroll matters;
- Reconciling bank and creditor accounts;
- Preparing BAS statements;
- Handling payables;
- Carrying out associated administration and filing tasks;
- Coordinating payroll for up to 60 staff with timesheets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of MYOB and a positive can-do attitude. About the RoleThis is a part-time position working up to 24 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum based on pro-rata calculations.

- A positive and proactive approach to work;
- Strong communication skills;
