A highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist is required to join TAPS Recruitment in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end high volume payroll processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing end-to-end high volume payroll, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interpreting EBAs & Awards, with a strong understanding of payroll legislation.
  • Managing salary packaging and termination/redundancy calculations.
  • Preparing financial year-end and monthly/year-end reports, reconciliations, and payments.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Over 5 years' experience in high-volume payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

TAPS Recruitment offers a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
