Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end monthly payrun of around 600 employees across multiple entities, as well as off-cycle payruns where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years payroll experience and excellent communication skills. They will be detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Anton Murray Consulting is a leading recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting placements. We work closely with top companies in Australia to find the best talent for their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update payroll databases to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Leave management in WorkDay and iChris systems.
  • Prepare termination calculations and end-of-month reporting.
  • Manage group payroll email inbox and respond to queries within 48 hours.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
