Job Title: High-Level Office Coordinator
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager at ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the General Manager's office, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Manager, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters, ensuring discretion and initiative in all dealings.
- Oversee the General Manager's diary and team schedules, resolving conflicts and prioritizing urgent matters.
- Arrange travel logistics for the General Manager and team members, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and briefing materials.
- Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries, determining the appropriate course of action to ensure smooth office operations.
- Welcome and host visitors, creating a professional and hospitable environment.
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events, including venue coordination, catering, and material distribution.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, agendas, and minutes, meeting the General Manager's requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience providing executive support in a corporate or government setting.
- Tertiary qualifications in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through practical application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks.
