We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to join our Obstetrics & Gynaecology team at NSW Health. As a Staff Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical management and treatment of patients in a hospital setting, adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the RANZCOG.
- Proven clinical expertise in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
