Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at NSW Health. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and general clerical support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line reception and customer service to patients and visitors
  • Manage medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with planning, prioritizing, and organizing work activities to achieve work outcomes
  • Apply knowledge and accuracy when working with computer systems and processes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality service outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Hold an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in reception and general administration in a high-demand team-oriented environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work activities to achieve work outcomes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)
