Job Description:

As a strategic workplace injury prevention manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise performance and engagement among team members.
  • Effectively prioritise key business activities to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with customers through proactive communication and needs assessment.
  • Ensure services meet legislative, customer SLA, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage costs while driving profitability.
  • Utilise financial analysis and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Deliver billable work in line with your Allied Health discipline.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Allied Health or related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
