Key Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our ANZ leadership team. This high-visibility role will drive the Professional Services Partnering strategy and act as the partner professional services business builder across ANZ and with leading Global System Integrators (SIs). You will be responsible for building and executing a scalable partner professional services ecosystem that drives customer success and expands services delivery capacity.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy in collaboration with sales teams, focusing on joint GTM strategies, target markets, joint offerings, and engagement rules.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new services partners and ensure existing partners are enabled on features and best practices for delivery.
  • Manage commercial relationships, including master services agreements, subcontracting, and ensuring a smooth, compliant process for joint engagements.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software company.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
