Senior Field Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers across Australia.

Job Description:

As a Senior Field Technician, you will utilise your technical skills and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our network. You will work independently to identify and address problems, and collaborate with our team to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in our network
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement technical solutions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in telecommunications networks
  • Extensive knowledge of copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
