As a skilled professional in the field of telecommunications, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks that are critical to the success of our organization.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs.

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance, you will see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to deliver solutions with integrity and a smile every day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An ACMA license, preferably with a Cert III or Cert IV in Telecommunications
  • FTTN and FTTP experience is a must
  • At least 8 years' experience in Telecommunications Networks
  • A dedication to customer service, delivering solutions with integrity and a smile every day
