Job Role:

Telecommunications Service Specialist

About the Position

You will operate independently to activate and verify telecommunications products and services at customer premises, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform seamless service rectification and product installations to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault detection, jointing, and networking.
  • Manage fibre and core network technologies and data services.
  • Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Diagnose faults over copper networks, especially in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications
  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • Industry white card
