Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An ACMA license, preferably with a Cert III or Cert IV in Telecommunications
  • Extensive experience in copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A dedication to customer service, delivering solutions with integrity and a smile every day
