Field Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Professional to join our team. As the face of our organisation in the community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise your technical skills to deliver end-to-end services to homes and businesses across Australia
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve timely, high-quality results
  • Work independently with autonomy, integrity, and pace under pressure
Requirements:
  • Hold an ACMA license, preferably with Cert III or IV in Telecommunications
  • Have extensive experience in copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs
  • Possess at least 8 years' experience in Telecommunications Networks
