HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our national people team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools.
- Support the analysis of data to identify trends and communicate findings to meet requirements of relevant stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with the IT Team to automate and integrate systems and support HR data management across systems.
- Provide a high level of systems and data knowledge and advice to the business.
- Assist to upskill the HR team in leveraging data and technology to create accurate alignment of metrics, more efficient reporting and analytical processes.
- Ensure systems and data governance are adhered to, ensuring confidence in the confidentiality of all HR data.
- Ensure HR data is secured in line with the delegation of authority and be vigilant with accessibility of confidential information.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
- Ensure awareness of current trends in HRIS and HR Data with a focus on developing innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of best practice metrics and measurements used in the field of HR Management or within People and Culture functions.
- Experience developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar.
- Understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative and find solutions.
- Proven ability to operate discretely and appropriately in relation to the confidentiality of employee related data.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
