About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our national people team in Brisbane, QLD. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a range of reports using advanced reporting tools to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to automate and integrate HR systems, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
  • Provide expert advice on HR data and analytics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
  • Support the analysis of HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and legislative standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in HRIS and HR data, and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs.

About You

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using advanced reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR information management and best practices in the field of HR Management or People and Culture functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative, and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven ability to operate discreetly and appropriately with confidential employee-related data.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software, including SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS (desirable).
