The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our national people team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of HR metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Support the analysis of data to identify trends and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team to automate and integrate systems, ensuring seamless HR data management across systems.
  • Provide expert advice on systems and data governance, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
  • Assist in upskilling the HR team in leveraging data and technology to create accurate alignment of metrics, more efficient reporting, and analytical processes.
  • Ensure awareness of current trends in HRIS and HR Data, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation aligned to organisational requirements.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in HR metrics and measurements, experience in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards, and a solid understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and employ initiative to find solutions.
