About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Brisbane-based team. As a key member of our national people team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support progressive and innovative business decisions. You will work closely with our IT team to automate and integrate systems, ensuring seamless HR data management across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain a range of reports using appropriate reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and communicate findings to meet the requirements of relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to automate and integrate systems, ensuring efficient HR data management.
  • Provide expert advice on systems and data governance to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation aligned to organizational requirements.
About You
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of best practice metrics and measurements used in HR Management or within People and Culture functions.
  • Understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative, and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
