About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our national people team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business growth and improvement
- Developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Collaborating with the IT team to automate and integrate HR systems and data
- Providing expert advice on HR data and analytics to stakeholders
- Supporting the analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights
