About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our Brisbane-based team. As a key member of our national people team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a range of reports using advanced reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends and communicate findings to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with the IT team to automate and integrate systems, ensuring seamless data management across HR systems.
- Provide expert advice on HR data and systems to the business, ensuring data governance and confidentiality.
- Assist in upskilling the HR team to leverage data and technology for efficient reporting and analytical processes.
- Ensure HR data integrity and quality through regular checks and audits, adhering to relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in HRIS and HR Data, developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation aligned to organizational requirements.
About You
- Proven knowledge of best practice metrics and measurements in HR Management or People and Culture functions.
- Experience in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative, and find solutions.
- Proven ability to operate discreetly and appropriately with confidential employee-related data.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
