We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our talent sourcing efforts across nursing, allied health, and clinical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for clinical and allied health roles using multiple channels.
- Utilize data insights to inform sourcing decisions, track performance, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and Talent Partners to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
- Champion a values-led candidate experience.
- Work with Brand and Marketing to bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through sourcing campaigns and storytelling.
You should have a proven track record in talent sourcing for clinical, health services, or professional services roles. A proactive, data-driven approach is essential, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence with insights.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms is necessary.
