The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across nursing, allied health, and clinical disciplines. About the Role- Broaden and execute strategic sourcing plans for clinical and allied health roles, using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, LTI, talent pools, referrals, and market mapping.
- Use data and insights to inform sourcing decisions, track performance, and continuously improve.
- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and workforce needs.
- Emphasize a values-led candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to bring their EVP to life through sourcing campaigns and storytelling.
- You have a strategic mindset with a passion for healthcare and purpose-driven work.
- You bring proven experience sourcing for clinical, health services, or professional services roles.
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence with insights.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
