
Sourcing Expert for Clinical and Allied Health Roles

Australian Unity is seeking an experienced Clinical Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify, engage and pipeline Clinical and Allied Health candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles across Australia.
">As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be instrumental in supporting our Clinical recruitment strategy, partnering with Talent Partners, the Clinical Recruitment Manager, and Hiring Leaders to ensure we have access to the right people at the right time.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Proactively source and build pipelines of Clinical and Allied Health professionals, including international candidates, using a variety of sourcing platforms and channels.">
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.">
- Conduct local and global market research, talent mapping, and provide sourcing insights to inform workforce planning.">
- Manage sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM, and Social Media Platforms, to attract and nurture talent.">
- Use data and sourcing analytics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve pipeline quality.">
- Nurture talent pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.">
- Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.">
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Brand and Marketing.">
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Sourcing Specialist with a strong understanding of sourcing channels, passive candidate engagement, and talent pooling strategies. The ideal candidate will have:
">- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a professional and fast-paced environment.">
- Proven experience sourcing for Clinical or Allied Health roles - agency or internal backgrounds welcome.">
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.">
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.">
- Experience using ATS platforms and candidate management systems.
