Portfolio Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Expert to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Performance:
      • Develop and implement effective reporting and analytics tools, processes, and procedures to accommodate various project and program sizes, types, and delivery models.
      • Identify opportunities to consolidate reporting and remove duplication, and implement new improvements in reporting.
      • Provide innovative and best practice knowledge to assist in embedding reporting processes and procedures.
      • Critically analyze program and project reporting to optimize portfolio performance.
    • Systems and Capabilities:
      • Assist in the development and management of the EPMO knowledge library.
      • Support business administration and PPM Tool (Clarity) associated processes.
      • Identify project artefacts for enhancement and contribute to development and improvement.
    • Prioritisation and Planning:
      • Assist Project Managers to build metrics for measuring project performance and progress.
      • Develop and maintain schedules for sustainable and effective resource planning.
      • Liaise with stakeholders in planning and developing workplans.
      • Assist with prioritisation processes informing decision makers.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve goals.
      • Represent interests at community and cross-agency levels.
      • Support stakeholders through change.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PPM tools.
