This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager or Residential Assets Specialist to join our team in Canberra. We are a highly respected office with a high staff retention rate, providing a great place to grow your career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 residential properties using Rest-based systems.
  • Handle repairs and maintenance for the portfolio effectively.
  • Manage arrears and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management.
  • Current certificate of registration and driver's license.
  • A high level of professionalism, maturity, and commitment to customer service.

Work Environment:

  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • A well-respected and recognized team.
  • Two administrative support roles to assist you.
  • Phone and iPad provided for efficient communication and reporting.
