Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial office buildings. This role will involve managing a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with statutory authorities, and driving performance to achieve NABERS energy and water targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities and engineering practices
  • Maximizing property performance in terms of sustainability
  • Driving asset performance to achieve NABERS targets
  • Coordinating efficient management of property services and other works
  • Undertaking periodic inspections and determining repair works required
  • Managing specialist contractors and preparing annual property operations budgets

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage a high-profile portfolio
  • Passion and understanding of sustainability
  • Good knowledge of property systems and building services software procedures
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
