The role of the Portfolio Performance Reporting Specialist involves delivering on internal and external reporting requirements, driving a regular reporting cadence for the portfolio of initiatives.

This includes implementing continuous improvements to the digital project portfolio management solution to support strategic initiative management, enhancing portfolio maturity, enterprise capability, and long-term delivery outcomes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Managing Portfolio Performance:
  • Oversee and analyse reporting outputs across programs, projects, and change initiatives to ensure effective planning and benefit realisation.
  • Lead analysis of project reporting to inform a portfolio view, identifying relevant issues that require attention.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights and analysis based on portfolio data.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on portfolio performance, highlighting key achievements, risks, and challenges.
  • Sustainability and Efficiency:
  • Support the implementation of user-friendly project status reporting accelerators to meet the organisation's reporting needs.
  • Lead continuous improvements across internal and external reporting processes by evaluating processes, tools, and templates to enhance portfolio reporting quality and efficiency.
  • Digitalisation and Capability Development:
  • Drive the digitisation of portfolio, program, and project management, provide support on the effective use of the SPM platform, and support the implementation of new or enhanced capabilities.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
  • Facilitate and manage responses to external reporting requests, such as Integrated Digital Investment Plan and Approved Programs Collection responses.
