Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and personable facilities coordinator to provide services to our government client's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete quality assurance and formatting to ensure our client receives accurate information about their properties
  • Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure inspections are completed, reviewed, and received in line with requirements
  • Maintain our inspection program and ensure information for the portfolio is updated and accurate

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills and active listening
  • Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations
  • Team player who can cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
