Job Title: Strategic Advisor

About Us:

We offer customized packages for bookkeeping and record-keeping services designed to fit the level of engagement. Our team resolves complex financial problems, helps with regulatory issues, and provides up-to-date advice and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ascertain client requirements using interviews, document review, surveys, and teleconferences
  • Conduct research and analysis of regulatory frameworks, industry information, initiatives, and trends to provide information and advice to clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Evaluate current systems and structures
  • Prepare and recommend recommendations to review workflows, redefine job roles, update processes and procedures, and address organizational issues
  • Assist in implementing approved recommendations, procedures manuals, and drafting other documentation
  • Maintain records, workflow charts, reports, manuals, and job descriptions
  • Discuss present systems with employees and examine systems at all organizational levels

Skill Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or above qualification in business management or related courses/qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consulting skillset
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex material and data
  • High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail
  • Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred
