Job Overview

A motivated and strategically minded lawyer is required to join our expert team as a Consultant. You will be a trusted advisor to Australia's leading law firms and corporate legal departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • eDiscovery Consulting - Provide strategic consulting to advise clients on best practices for eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data management in high-stakes litigation, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.
  • Law and Technology Expertise - Bridge law and technology by translating complex legal challenges into practical, technology-driven workflows using GenAI, Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), and data visualisation platforms.
  • Clinical Relationship Building - Cultivate client relationships by working with our Business Development team and serving as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to provide strategic value.
  • Innovation and Education - Innovate and educate by staying ahead of emerging legal technology trends and educating clients and colleagues on new solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and save costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a lawyer with a current Australian practising certificate or admission as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction.
  • You have practical experience in litigation, disputes, or a related field within a law firm or in-house legal team, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • You are a problem solver with a passion for technology and a desire to transition your career from traditional legal practice to a consultative role.
  • You are a great communicator able to clearly articulate complex legal and technical concepts to diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
  • Bonus points if you have prior experience with eDiscovery platforms or demonstrated interest in legal technology.
