Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Associate or Senior Associate to join our CTP team in Brisbane. This role will involve working with our award-winning team, led by Stewart Boland, who has been recognized in Best Lawyers for Insurance Law since 2021.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take on a range of CTP matters, including single to multi-vehicle accident claims, common whiplash, major and catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes, and strongly contested damages claims. They will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality advice and exceptional client service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • previous defendant insurance experience (ideally CTP);
  • ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
  • effective communication skills;
  • ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; and
  • collaborative and pragmatic approach.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
