Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of public liability and general insurance claims.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling insurance claims and possess excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with our team of industry leading principals to provide high-quality advice and deliver exceptional client service. The role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work, including silicosis matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of public liability and general insurance claims;
  • Collaborate with our team to provide high-quality advice and client service;
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in handling insurance claims;
  • Strong knowledge of public liability and general insurance law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
