  • Contributing to proposal preparation and supporting business development.
  • Driving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensuring effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration.
  • Helping shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery, from planning to detailed design.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Experience leading design teams or mentoring others will be highly regarded.
