  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects within tight deadlines
  • Contributing to proposal preparation and supporting business development efforts
  • Driving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to achieve project goals

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
  • RPEQ accreditation – essential for this role
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery, from planning to detailed design
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring others will be highly regarded
