Lead Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of major road and infrastructure projects.

  • As a key member of our team, you'll play a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll contribute to proposal preparation and support business development initiatives.
  • Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensure effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration.

Key requirements include:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation.
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges.
