Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Civil Designer to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in developing transport infrastructure designs, collaborating across project stages, and providing expert input into design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop transport infrastructure designs that meet technical standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert input into design solutions, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications: A minimum two-year engineering degree such as an Associate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or recognised equivalence is required for this role.

Desirable Requirements: Moderate to advanced level of 12D and AutoCAD skills and experience would be beneficial for this position.

Experience and Knowledge: Demonstrated experience of road design in 3D modelling software with knowledge of technical road design specifications and policies; Experience and working knowledge of Queensland TMR road design processes and methodologies is essential for success in this role.
