Job Title: Enterprise Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling.

  • Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, leading strategic account planning initiatives, and acting as a commercial advisor and customer advocate across internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder management is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term territory and account strategies is required.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise SaaS account management within HR technology and a sales-oriented mindset towards account management.

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets through account expansion is necessary. Experience leading strategic commercial conversations and solution alignment is also required.

Pipeline forecasting and proficiency in CRM platforms (such as SugarCRM) are necessary skills for success in this role.
