Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking an Urgent Search Assistant Manager to join our team.

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Deal with customers on a daily basis, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Office Work: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and paperwork.
  • Phone Answering: Respond to phone calls from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Wash and detail the fleet, as well as perform light mechanical repairs under the guidance of the fleet manager.
  • Mechanical Skills: Assist with mechanical repairs and maintenance of the fleet, using tools and equipment provided.

Requirements:

  • Heavy rigid license required or willingness to apply
  • Mechanical skills and experience an advantage
  • Excellent people skills and ability to adapt to changing work roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
