
Fleet Coordinator

IPA is pleased to be partnering with a great not for profit organisation, who are looking for Fleet Coordinator for a six-week temp assignment to start immediately with the possibility of extension. This role requires someone to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. The client is based in Geelong but do offer flexible working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The hourly rate for this role will be $38 - $40 + super per hour depending on experience.
Reporting into the Procurement Manager and working in a team of 5 others, the role is responsible for providing support to the various business units with their fleet requirements, requests, and escalations.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Administration of daily operational tasks associated with fleet management
- Be the first point of contact for all staff regarding their company vehicles and the process that needs to follow
- Coordinate the leasing of cost effective, suitable quality, company approved vehicle requirements
- Upholding data integrity
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Drive continuous improvement to support enhanced process / communication changes and reduction of commercial exposure of vehicle fleet.
- Support the facilitation of Internal Audit process.
- Highlight any risk in vehicle contracts.
- Review, compare, analyse vehicle leases and services to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated Fleet Administration/Coordination experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within required time frames
- Demonstrated experience in independently setting priorities to achieve required outcomes
- Intermediate in MS Office Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
