Empowerment Specialist

This role is based in Geelong, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families to access essential services.
- Work collaboratively with clients and their families to enhance their capacity to understand and implement NDIS plans.
- IDentify client goals and support them to access required services, ensuring autonomy, self-reliance, and dignity.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred service to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities from various backgrounds.
- Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Previous experience working as a Support Coordinator or in a similar role.
- A strong desire to empower people with disabilities to build capacity and independence.
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service expertise.
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to operate in a highly regulated and dynamic business environment.
- Mental Health Cert IV or relevant lived experience.
