We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Employment Coach to provide tailored employment support to NDIS Participants. As an Employment Coach, you will empower individuals to achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on, consultative support to participants, empowering them to develop and establish their vocational identity.
- Mentor and guide participants in skills development, increasing their capacity for work.
- Deliver person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work.
- Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration.
- Support and consult employers to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Will to complete a Criminal History Check.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Successful completion of a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
- Ability to travel as required for service delivery and participant support.
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
