Requirements:

Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement is essential.

Strong critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills are required.

Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working is preferred.

Skills frameworks, talent marketplaces, or career platforms experience is advantageous.
