Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts. As the Talent Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how service is enabled by technology for our People processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise People teams on how knowledge, process, and technology work together and suggest improvement opportunities based on deep knowledge of assigned processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with information technology colleagues and business customers to ensure business requirements are well communicated and understood.
  • Execute approved project activities, coordinating between People stakeholders and IT (where applicable).
  • Ensure business/user requirements are delivered to meet the business objectives of the People team.
  • Analyse business problems and translate them into requirements to ensure solution meets business requirements.
  • Write agreed processes and effectively communicate with relevant teams across the business.
  • Research and investigate industry best practice talent acquisition/management systems/tools/processes.
  • Identify issues and risks, ensuring that they are appropriately captured, raised, and actioned.
  • Manage the transition of business requirements into implementation (IT and otherwise).
  • Ensure business requirements are sufficiently detailed to enable further project documentation to be documented, including technical designs and testing documentation.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience working within the Workday Talent associated modules and the talent discipline itself (talent solutions and processes).
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday capabilities, particularly the Talent module.
  • Practical experience of continuous improvement methods and process knowledge.
  • Experience working in large/complex organisations.
  • Ability to engage with business representatives at all levels and communicate in a structured manner.
  • Stakeholder experience, building solid relationships, providing consultative advice across multiple divisions.
