Product Manager - Digital Enablement

This role is perfect for anyone who is highly adaptable, resilient and is looking for a career into a Product Manager as part of their professional growth.

  • Support the proactive protection and promotion of business growth by assisting with the management of product or service lifecycles.
  • Assist in monitoring and identifying performance issues through data analysis and creation of management information regarding transaction volumes and profitability.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations and communications to clients and other stakeholders to educate them about products and services.
  • Implement product policies or procedures to ensure products are profitable and compliant with internal and external requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing analysis to assist stakeholders with knowledge and understanding of current and emerging trends within the marketplace.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responding to audit issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Actively participating in business continuity initiatives.
  • Managing compliance-related matters and notifying potential breaches by escalation.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work in a team environment, learn quickly, and adapt to changing landscapes. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to grasp information quickly, and provide support to product managers in a collaborative and efficient manner.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or related field.
  • Technical skills in presentation (e.g., MS Power Point), wireframing/UI/UX design, and agile products (e.g., Scrum/Kanban).
  • Jira proficiency.
