As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to shape our email programs and drive business growth. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating engaging campaigns that nurture leads, boost customer engagement, and convert.

We're seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns across various channels. Your attention to detail and creativity will ensure seamless journeys between marketing and sales platforms, driving lead progression and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns that align with our brand, audience needs, and performance goals
  • Collaborate with demand generation, marketing ops, and sales teams to ensure email content quality and consistency
  • Oversee global email calendars and coordinate campaign timelines with key stakeholders
  • Design and implement automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and move prospects through the funnel
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email formatting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-marketing automation integration
  • Experience working with global teams and localization of email content
