Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide email and direct marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and operational efficiency.
This role will oversee the planning, creation and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters and automated flows, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, developing and evolving communications strategies, tracking performance, managing complex projects and delivering results in risk-aware settings.
A key requirement is the ability to champion direct communication best practices and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
