Customer Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing strategist to lead our email and SMS marketing campaigns. As a key member of our award-winning eCommerce team, you will develop and execute end-to-end strategies for high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics, as well as a strong understanding of data segmentation, automation flows, and personalisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Drive database growth through targeted acquisition campaigns
- Plan and deliver automated lifecycle flows
- Brief creative and design teams on CRM content needs
- Maintain a high-performing, compliant database
- Analyse and optimise performance by reporting on open rates, CTRs, and revenue trends
- 4+ years' experience in email and SMS marketing
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, automation flows, and personalisation
- Excellent project management skills
